Service Description

Advance workouts! Heavy weights with high reps. Must have some experience with barbell/dumbbell weight lifting and willing to push past your comfort zone. You will be sharing equipment so we recommend wearing full covered gloves.

Group class reservations must be canceled 3 hours prior to class start time. If not canceled 3 hours prior to class start time, your funds will be forfeited. There's no refunds or rescheduling, if you don't meet the cancellation requirements.
